As far as performance is concerned, I heard that E4 because of the engine it only utilizes one core so you might have a PC with a lot of core and a lot of processing power but you for won’t spread out over multiple cores. It will only utilize one making it run slow, however if they implement a new engine here in EU five that can spread out over more then we might not run into that issue.

The World meta would be interesting those I think the uk is the strongest there due to share of pops while also being able to annex parts of china and incorporate them easily and a much better economy.

As someone who did WC in EU4, I think what you did here in Vic3 is 10x more impressive. I would say the main reason for you not "completing" the run would be that you set multiple objectives: max gdp, max pop, world conquest etc. This is equivalent to doing once culture, one faith, one tag, lost culture in eu4. If you had just tried to WC then I think the run would have ended more quickly and comfortably.

I loved this run, no shame in quitting with 6 to go. With 40 to go I was with you I thought it might be close. But you’ve demonstrated what’s possible and your eco trajectory. Have a nice rest mr generalist, not sure what comes next after this. I wonder if there’s a good run in actually doing a 1 good maximisation run with the trade block. Using stacking companies how high could you get throuput/what’s the highest stacked throughout you could get on 1 good?

Boo, Police Coordination is situationally good for reducing effects from turmoil on a nation that wont necessarilly do a lot of expanding in the early game, and wont make use of Vassalization. Early game bureau costs can be oppressive depending on starting situations and Police Coordination can be very helpful with adding extra authority, and reducing the cost of what will be most peoples first level 5 institution. Certainly better pics later on, but I think that is a reasonably good starting pick for certain playthroughs. I am formally petitioning you to move this up to C rank.

Another way to see it is they actually create demand for something you overproduce tho, i rarely ever see tobacco prices higher than -25% or so past mid game where you get subjects and laissez faire producing it.
